I got a Linkedin invitation to attend a gratitude encounter on Zoom today. Kevin Monroe helps companies infuse gratitude into leadership and culture. Practicing gratitude is as important as building kindness muscles. I left the meeting more hopeful because of his work, the gratitude reminder and all of the wonderful people focusing on gratitude during their lunch hour. I shared my gratitude with some people in my life including my older brother. It's his birthday today and I'm very glad he was born.
