Today I wanted to see the sunrise and go for a walk. I have some worries that I wanted to walk off. It was raining when I stepped outside. I paused and then realized - I can walk in the rain. It’s like kindness. You don’t just act kindly when your life is bright and sunny. Offering kindness to yourself and others matters just as much during the hard times. Rain or shine - kindness makes a difference. I felt much better after my walk.
