Day 82 of a year of Kindness

I went to Sanibel Island for a few hours with two friends who live in Florida but don’t get to the beach as often as they would like. This particular resort had been destroyed by hurricanes and is finally back on its feet. I realized that we all endure so much and it’s so important to schedule fun and be kind to ourselves. My friend, Cindy, gave me this sticker today: "Do More of What Makes You Happy." A day with friends on the beach - or anywhere - is a super kind way to spend a Sunday.
