Day 42 of a year of Kindness 

Sometimes self-care requires throwing yourself a little party. It is my birthday week, so it seemed like dinner in an igloo was necessary. My birthday strategy - even as a kid - has been to plan my birthday. It’s much more fun that way and I’m never disappointed. So, tonight, I had a birthday dinner in a cozy outdoor igloo by the sea with people I love. In this crazy world, I need to find ways to celebrate.
