I went swimming. I got back from a weekend event that required a lot of sitting and then a lot of driving. A friend of mine moved into a slice of Florida paradise that includes a lap pool and apparently no swimmers! She gave me her key to the community pool. I know that moving is so kind to our bodies and our minds and I want to commit to doing that more regularly. I’ve been in a bit of a New England winter rut. My body appreciated the exercise.
