Day 53 of a year of KindnessI walked in a forest with friends. Stepping into the gorgeous mossy landscape gave me an immense sense of calm and peace. We also found a fairy tree where others had tucked presents in the nooks and crannies of an old Douglas-fir. We found some broken shells and created a heart with them. Spending time in nature is a kindness I can give myself. And if you leave a gift, it’s good for the fairies, too.
