Day 51 of a year of Kindness
I made my bed. I’m traveling for a few days and it’s the kindest thing I do for my future self. I wash the sheets, fluff up the pillows and make it perfect. Gretchen Rubin wrote a book called “The Happiness Project” where she did activities that made her happy for a whole year. One of her happiest: Making her bed. You start the day with a win.
