Day 92 of a year of Kindness

I returned to the YMCA today after not stepping foot in there since February. I have made a new commitment to myself to get stronger and healthier. It is a kindness to myself at the highest level because I must focus on me. I know that no matter what is happening in my world or the world around me, getting exercise always makes me feel better. On top of that, this YMCA takes a firm stand that ALL are welcome. No one is going to threaten to take down their signs!

Science of kindness: Exercise is one of the best types of self-care because it supports and benefits your physical, mental, and emotional health. It reduces stress, anxiety, and depression.
